Health ! Partners, I am a smoker and we deal in pipes and tobaccos - since 1930 - I am a pipe collector and aficionado. Thatīs why I always come back to smoking and tobaccos. Nobody on earth needs smoking bans by law. Imagine people in the Orient were forbidden to enjoy their shisha. If you do not pay enough attention to your health - your employer does ! Do you suffer from Stress? - Are you unemployed ? Look into a mirror ! A good worker is well educated and has a profession. He/She has no hereditary deseases in the family, does not smoke tobaccos, does not drink alcohol, does not take drugs, takes no pills, is not too fat, is not too skinny, is not too big, is not too small ! In Germany it are about 130 liters. What you really need for your meals, coffee, and tea are about 3 liters per person per day. In California they do really know how to protect environment ! Thatīs why they have a water problem ! - And it will increase ! Itīs not a real problem - itīs evolution ! If the Bilderbergers succeed at least another 5 billion more people will be exterminated, and the water problem will be solved as well as the food problem, the energy problem - global warming and climate change will no longer be a problem.  An investment in this object will have a fast return of invest. I search for investors for a recreation center in Cuxhaven. Why Cuxhaven / Germany ? Because I am born here, I live here, and here I have all connections to realize such a project. The most difficult is to have a priliminary model. Once we have it and succeeded other projects can develop elsewhere. With great interest I do also follow the development of Del Webb This concept cannot be transferred 1:1 elsewhere but at least you can learn a lot, and best practice means: Learn from the best ! Until now we have nothing similar in Germany - not to talk about the rest of the globe.
